Congratulations to the 2025 CEE-Change Fellows

NAAEE is delighted to announce the 2025 CEE-Change Fellows. This initiative is uniquely positioned to shine a light on the intersection of civic education and environmental education to foster climate action in communities, large and small. Over the next 12 months, the 2025 cohort will work together and through individual community action plans to address today’s complex environmental and social concerns at the local, state, and national levels.

Digging Up Interest in Watersheds with Sand Crabs

Knee-deep in sand and science, students from Jean Parker Elementary tracked sand crabs for a long-term scientific monitoring program and learned about marine careers. When students do the work, they start to see how they can be part of protecting the ocean and its inhabitants.
